Sometimes I forget that Bartlett isn’t that far. Mammy’s has great hours. I went with family for dinner and our meal started with incense and house made popcorn. We decided to eat together. Not pictured was the salmon, which was cooked with peri peri seasoning. It wasn’t a whole fillet, but cut into juicy savory morsels. I don’t know I would like it that much and forgot the photo. The photos show the beef tibs, two vegetable combos and Doro wot. My next meal is planned out, beef tibs plus the veggie combo!! The fellowship was great, we weren’t rushed. The owners were very hospitable. They also mentioned coffee will have a different price on the weekends, so I need to visit on a weekend soon.
We got the beef tibs and a veggie platter to share. Everything was so good! The restaurant atmosphere was very happy and social. We will be back. So lucky to have such a nice restaurant option nearby.
I ordered the vegetable platter which was $20 but the did not have shiro or salad listed on the menu. Also the split peas were green and not like what everyone else posted. I live out of town so can’t ask for it to be corrected but wish I could get a partial refund.
